Returns & Claims:

  1. Returns & Exchange are accepted within 10 days of purchase with a sales invoice.
  2. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached.
  3. No claims will be processed without the SALES INVOICE.
  4. Claims can be furnished within 4 weeks of purchase.
  5. Exchange and refunds are accepted on Quality & size description.
  6. All claims are subject to the approval of Head Office as per Tailor Tag polices within 7 to 10 working days.
  7. No claim or refund is accepted on discounted items.
  8. The Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item.
  9. Any item that is stained, emits body odors or perfume, scents or has marks, damages or water stains is non-returnable.
  10. Please do not ship your claims or returns before contacting our customer care department.
