Returns & Claims:
- Returns & Exchange are accepted within 10 days of purchase with a sales invoice.
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached.
- No claims will be processed without the SALES INVOICE.
- Claims can be furnished within 4 weeks of purchase.
- Exchange and refunds are accepted on Quality & size description.
- All claims are subject to the approval of Head Office as per Tailor Tag polices within 7 to 10 working days.
- No claim or refund is accepted on discounted items.
- The Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item.
- Any item that is stained, emits body odors or perfume, scents or has marks, damages or water stains is non-returnable.
- Please do not ship your claims or returns before contacting our customer care department.
